What the service receives
Information processed by the service includes your registration and profile, conversation text, voice or image content, payment records and usage activity. Device details and IP addresses are also included. Cookies support preferences, analytics and advertising, while payment providers handle payment information.
Why data is used and when it is shared
We use information to run and personalize DarLink, secure accounts, process payments and communicate with you. Anonymized conversation data may also be used to train and improve our AI models. You can opt out of marketing through the instructions in those messages.
Providers supporting the service may receive the information needed to do their work. Legal obligations or a business transfer can also require disclosure. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Conversation privacy and retained records
Other users cannot view your private conversations. We use encryption while data is in transit and access controls for the information we hold, but these measures cannot promise absolute security.
Removing an account clears its data from active databases; backup copies and records needed for legal obligations may remain. The rights available to you depend on applicable law. Make a privacy request from your account email and include only the information needed to explain it.
For an account question, email the DarLink support team.
