Managing access to your DarLink account

When a conversation or subscription appears to be missing, begin with the account rather than another payment. Check the sign-in method and the identity selected in the browser. A matching display name is not enough to establish that you have returned to the purchasing account.

We can help with access questions, account closure and related requests. Tell us what you want to happen and include only the details needed to identify the account. Signing in, cancelling renewal and deleting information each call for a different action.

Check the identity behind the sign-in choice

Go to darlink.ai and open Login. Use the entry method you used when the account was created, following the choices on the current screen. Where a provider account is involved, look at which identity the browser has selected before you continue.

This matters especially on shared computers, where a provider may already be signed in as someone else. Our Terms permit one DarLink account per person. Opening another account will not reunite the conversations or purchases associated with the original one.

Recover the account before replacing a purchase

Use password recovery if it is offered on the sign-in screen. If access depends on a provider, recover that provider account through its own service. When you still cannot get in, email support@darlink.ai with your account identifier and the error or step that prevents access.

For a paid plan that is not appearing, compare the signed-in account with the receipt. Send us the subscription tier, payment date and transaction reference. A password, recovery link or one-time code is not evidence to share, and paying again can create a second issue without resolving the first.

Prepare for permanent account deletion

You can request deletion in your account settings or contact support@darlink.ai for help. Deletion is irreversible. If you cannot reach the control or sign in, identify the account in your email and ask what information is needed to establish ownership.

Before proceeding, retain any character notes or conversations you want to keep independently. Say whether you want account closure, a personal-data request or both. Do not rely on being able to restore the account after deletion.

Confirm billing and data outcomes separately

Arrange cancellation separately when you want renewal stopped and keep that confirmation. Closing an account does not itself create a refund for unused fees or tokens. If a refund condition applies, identify it as a billing request rather than assuming deletion will settle the charge.

Removal from active databases does not mean every backup or legally required record disappears at the same time. Ask us about the timing and retention relevant to your request. Save the reply so you have a record of what has been completed.

  • Provide an account identifier, never the credentials used to access it.
  • State whether you need recovery, closure, renewal cancellation or a data response.
  • Attach purchase or cancellation references only when they help explain the request.
  • Limit screenshots to the issue and remove other people's or unrelated private information.

Common questions

How do I return to the DarLink account I used before?

Use your original sign-in method and check any selected provider identity. If the expected chats or plan are absent, confirm the account before creating anything new. Follow the current screen rather than assuming a particular login provider is available.

What if I have a receipt but cannot see my subscription?

Check that the receipt belongs to the account you have opened. If it does, send support the tier, purchase date and transaction reference. Wait for the access issue to be clarified instead of making another payment to unlock the same purchase.

Where can I permanently delete my DarLink account?

Open the deletion option in your account settings, or email support@darlink.ai for assistance. Identify the account and any separate personal-data request. Logging out leaves the account open; deletion is a distinct, irreversible action.

Can I ask for deletion when I have lost account access?

Email support from an address you can use, explain the access problem and identify the intended account. Ask us what ownership information is needed. Do not send passwords, recovery links or sign-in codes.

Does account deletion instantly erase all stored copies?

No immediate erasure of every copy is promised. Active-database removal can leave backups or records that must be retained by law. Ask which retention applies to your request and keep the response for reference.
